Nicole brings our WIS team more than 25 years of experience in Client Services, Hard Copy/Vital Records Management, Imaging and Indexing services. Nicole began her career as a program manager for the Merck Business Unit and Novartis. After moving to California from the East Coast in 2000, she transitioned from pharmaceutical program management to records management, working for the largest privately-owned record center in the country, responsible for 1,700 clients as client services manager. After becoming the Vice President of Imaging operations at Controlled Information Systems, Inc., Nicole has completed over 2,500 imaging projects ranging in size and scope. From simple to complex specifications with most requiring customized deliverables. Some examples of the various industries and organizations are listed below:
